GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS

• Fees is payable in advance. Fees and other charges, once paid are non refundable.
• Students, once admitted must observe the institute’s discipline. Non- compliance with discipline may result in expulsion from the institute and no refund of fees will be granted either.
• Students are required to be regular and punctual in class, at hospitals and on the field duties.
• Any student with less than 80% attendance in theory and 100% attendance in practical classes will not be allowed to appear in the final examinations.
• Students securing less than 50% marks in the internal assessment will not be recommended for the Council Examinations.
• Leave applications for exemption from attending any class must be submitted to the concerned tutor or principal with a valid reason.
• Ragging is strictly prohibited in any form.
• Any student participating in strikes, pasting posters or raising slogans may be rusticated.
• Students found involved in illicit relationships during the training period may be expelled from the institute.
• No student shall be allowed to appear in any other kind of examination.
• Any damage of equipment by the students in hospitals, demonstration rooms, laboratories, classrooms or in the hostel premises will be borne by the students themselves.
• Students are not allowed to have visitors in hospitals or community areas while on duty.
• All powers related to discipline and disciplinary actions are vested in the principal and director.
• Any statement not mentioned under these rules shall be decided by the managing committee of the institute.
• Admission may be canceled if any information provided by the student is later found to be incorrect.
• If a candidate leaves the institute before completing the course, they must pay the full amount of fees for the entire course.
• Transport charges for hospital and field training will be borne by the students.

HOSTEL RULES & REGULATIONS
​
• Students are responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of their hostel rooms.
• Proper locks should be placed on cupboards and boxes.
• Valuable items and jewellery are not allowed in the school or hostel. Authorities will not be responsible for any loss.
• Cooking is not allowed in the hostel rooms.
• Heaters, radios, tape recorders and other electrical appliances are not allowed in the hostel rooms.
• All lights must be turned off by 11:00 p.m.
• All lights and fans must be switched off when leaving the hostel rooms.
• Only visitors whose photographs have been submitted by parents at the time of admission are allowed to meet their wards.
• Students are allowed to have visitors on Saturdays from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Visitors are allowed to meet the students only in the visitors’ room.
• Guests are not allowed to stay in the hostel.
• All students must be present for attendance at 8:00 p.m. during summer months and at 7:00 p.m. during winter months.
• The time of leaving and returning to the hostel will be recorded and signed in the outgoing register provided by the hostel warden.
• Any damage in the hostel must be reported to the warden immediately.
• Any kind of health problems/ emergencies must be reported to the warden immediately.
• Mess services are compulsory for all the hostellers to avail.
